Oklahoma Safety Council Announces Annual Pinnacle Award Winner

The Oklahoma Safety Council (OSC) announced PT-Plastic Injection Molding as the 2019 Pinnacle Safety Award recipient on July 12, 2019, at the annual Oklahoma Safety and Health Conference in Oklahoma City. The Pinnacle Safety Award recognizes an OSC member company that has achieved the highest levels of excellence. This achievement is judged on management commitment, safety culture and above-and-beyond performance in the area of safety and health.

PT has been an OSC member for more than 9 years and has made effective strides towards a refined safety culture. PT partnered with the Oklahoma Department of Labor OSHA Consultation Division and began pursuing the prestigious Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program (SHARP) certification. Throughout working with ODOL and obtaining the SHARP accreditation, PT cultivated a culture focused on safety and is proud to maintain a facility that promotes employee ownership of the safety program.
